Apply arabesque Liquid Eyeliner directly to the lash line in the center of the eyelid. Draw the line to the outer corner of the eye and then to the inner corner of the eye. The liquid eyeliner can be applied both under and over an eyeshadow without losing the color intensity. Depending on your wishes, a thin eyeliner or a thick line can be drawn along the eyelashes.
